A space for cycle breakers, first-gens, and tender-hearted trailblazers.
¡Hola, Hola!
I’m Adri Rodriguez (she/ella), a queer Salvadoran licensed psychotherapist, educator, and community builder. Entre Tías y Amiguis is a space for honest conversations about healing, identity, and navigating life in the in-between.
Whether we’re talking about family dynamics, friendships, career pivots, or mental health—this is a space where stories matter, and community care leads the way.
I started this podcast because I know what it’s like to figure things out without a roadmap.
I immigrated to the U.S. at 16—a teen immigrant, a first-gen college student, a professional and entrepreneur, a soul on a healing journey, living in-between worlds, de aquí y de allá.
Entre Tías y Amiguis is the space I wish I had—a place where our stories are centered, honored, validated and shared in comunidad.
Now, I get to hold space for others doing the same—breaking cycles, unlearning, and planting something new.

Why you should be my podcast guest:
Your story has power.
The goal of Entre Tías y Amiguis is to amplify voices that are often left out of the mainstream—especially those of Latines, queer folks, first-gen professionals, immigrants, and multi-passionate humans doing life on their own terms.
As a guest, you'll have the opportunity to:
✅ Share your lived experiences, lessons, and wisdom
✅ Connect with a supportive audience seeking guidance and inspiration
✅ Be part of a growing community that values vulnerability, creativity, and breaking cycles
✅ Reflect on your own journey in a warm, thoughtful conversation
If you’ve got a story that’s been lived, felt, and grown through—We are listening.

Why "Entre Tías y Amiguis"?
The name Entre Tías y Amiguis was born from a deep desire to create space for the kinds of conversations that usually happen with someone who just gets it—your favorite tía, your ride-or-die amigui, your chosen fam who holds your story with care.
Being a tía in this space isn’t about age or family—it’s about showing up with wisdom, commitment, cariño, and the kind of love that says: “I’ve been there, and I want to make it a little easier for you.”
Being an amiguis—a friend right in the trenches with you—means you’re invited just as you are. No need to perform, prove, or be perfect, we know you’re going thru it and we’re right there with you, so just bring your full, honest self.
As someone who is childless by choice, I’ve embraced the role of being everyone’s tía—a position of honor where I get to witness people grow into their true selves. And just like I’ve had tía figures and mentors who’ve poured into my journey, this podcast is my way of continuing that lineage of support, reflection, and encouragement.
The word “amiguis” is a gender-neutral twist on amigx/amiga/amigo, reflecting the inclusive nature of this space. While the podcast name is in Spanish, my intention is to reach a diverse audience—including Spanglish speakers, bilingual folks, and anyone navigating identity, culture, and healing in the in-between.
At its core, this space is about community. A place to be seen, heard, and inspired. And you’re welcome here—exactly as you are.
